Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Structurand, the engineering and architecture career platform that hosts talent profiles, portfolios, and internship postings from RAND Engineering and Architecture. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Structurand is intended for students and professionals in engineering and architecture fields, and for recruiting and HR professionals acting on behalf of legitimate hiring organizations. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

• Provide accurate, current information about yourself and your work.
• Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use one account per person; don't share accounts with others.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your profile details, resume, portfolio projects, photos, drawings, and CAD files ("Your Content"). All intellectual property in Your Content remains yours.

By uploading Your Content, you grant Structurand a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it on the platform so that recruiters and hiring teams can view it as part of matching and application review. You confirm that you have the right to share everything you upload, and that Your Content does not misrepresent your role or contribution.

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your credentials, experience, or contribution to any project;
• scrape, bulk-harvest, or export other users' data without permission;
• harass other users or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
• interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or revoked. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Structurand is a platform that connects talent with job postings. It is not a party to any hiring relationship. All hiring decisions — including which applications are reviewed, who is interviewed, and whether any offer of employment is made — rest solely with the employer (RAND Engineering and Architecture for postings on this platform). Structurand does not guarantee that any application will be reviewed or result in an interview or job.

Only upload confidential project material if you have the right to share it. Where your work is sensitive, use the platform's confidential and redaction options to limit what is exposed. You are responsible for what you choose to upload.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. While we work to keep the platform reliable, we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. If you continue using the platform after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using the platform at any time and remove your content through the tools available in your profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that threaten the security or integrity of the platform.
